ABOUT US
Set in rural Worcestershire, we are pleased to offer two beautiful self contained cottages as well as a studio apartment, converted from Victorian farm buildings with many original features retained, allowing you a spacious and comfortable base to relax and enjoy your break.
Our family has been farming in the area for over 100 years and we are pleased to welcome you to Seaford Farm.
As parents and grandparents ourselves we understand the importance of child safety, child comfort and parental needs and that is why we are happy to offer cot beds, high chairs and stair gates in both cottages, all available on request.
On site solar and ground sourced heat generation provide much of the energy used to keep the lights on, the kettle boiled and your feet warm, produced from renewable sources right here on the farm.
There is wheelchair access to the living areas and downstairs bedroom in both cottages, there are two steps between the living room to the kitchen.
THE COTTAGES
Broad Iron
Broad Iron is a our two bed cottage offering a king bed on the ground floor and a twin en-suite room upstairs.
Varden House
Our larger three bed cottage features an en-suite king room on the ground floor, with a bathroom, king room and a twin room upstairs.
Seaford Studio
Our Studio apartment features a beautiful large window letting in lots of natural light, a kitchenette and shower room.
Both cottages have fully fitted kitchens,WiFi and televisions.
The Broad Iron Cottage and Varden House share the spacious 20x20m rear garden area which has been a nice peaceful place for visitors to sit and relax, with plenty of room for children to play.
FACILITIES
Laundry - Our laundry room for washing and drying is just across the driveway. Please see the FAQ for availability.
Garden - Spacious 20x20m lawn area shared between the two cottages with individual covered patios
Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchens with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge & freezer
Dining Area - Dining tables in both cottages. Varden House can happily seat 8-10
BBQ - A 4 or 6 burner BBQ with gas is available, just ask!
Wifi - Free Wifi offered in each cottage
Linens - Your bedroom and bathroom linen is provided
Long term stays - From house renovation to travelling trades people, we're happy to host you for as long as you require
Pets - 1 pet per cottage
Golf - 2 golf courses within a 5 mile drive
Welcome Pack - On arrival you'll find complimentary tea, coffee, fresh milk, juice, sugar and biscuits in the kitchen if requested
Hair Dryer - Available in both cottages
House cleaning - Longer term guests may wish for a complete cleaning service for a fee
Infants - Cot beds, highchairs and stair gates all available upon request
Fishing - Carp fishing available on site for a fee, with other fisheries in the local area. Please see the FAQ for more information.
Parking - On site off road parking available
Televisions - Televisions in the living room and upstairs bedrooms
